MSI is a US flooring and surfaces supplier. For its Premium Natural Quartz line we produced the sample kit its sales teams and dealers carry: the case, the printed interior, the compartments and the companion sample board, all from one workshop.

A sales sample box does more work than a gift box. It is opened hundreds of times, carried between showrooms, handed across a counter and left on a designer's desk to be judged against competing kits. We design the whole object around that life: a thick greyboard body for rigidity, a lid that snaps shut and stays shut, a strap or handle where the weight demands it, and an interior where every sample has a slot. Built Around the Weight and Shape of Your Samples
Stone, tile and quartz pieces are heavy and hard-edged. Fabric memos are light but bulky. Hardware finish samples are small and easily lost. Each needs a different interior. We cut board dividers, foam and fitted inserts to the exact geometry of your samples, reinforce the base where a kit carries real mass, and confirm the fit on a physical prototype before the run. Many programs pair the case with a printed sample board: a fold-out panel that holds chips or tear-off pieces, labelled and linked with QR codes to product pages and dealer locators. We print and assemble these boards in-house on the same stocks as the case, so colour and finish match across the kit. Printed lid interiors, collection guides and dealer inserts are planned on the same technical drawing as the box, so nothing collides in production.
Programs and Reorders, Not One-Off Runs
Once your kit is approved, we keep the dieline, the wrap specification and the insert tooling on file. A reorder six months later is built to the same drawing, in the same materials, without starting the sampling process over. Runs can be split by region or dealer network, delivered in batches against a program calendar, and shipped to your fulfillment partner or straight to your distribution center.
