Custom Box Manufacturing in İzmir
BD Box Design has been manufacturing custom boxes for brands at its İzmir workshop since 2010. Structural design, rapid sampling, hand wrapping and quality control: the entire custom box production process happens under one roof.

Programs and Reorders, Not One-Off Runs
A sample kit, a dealer presentation case or a corporate gift box rarely ends with a single order. We produce them as programs, and the workshop is set up for the second and third run as much as the first.
Your dieline stays on file
Structure, wrap specification and insert tooling are kept after the first run, so a reorder is built to the same drawing without a new sampling round.
Batches against your calendar
Runs can be split by region or dealer network and delivered in batches, to your fulfillment partner or straight to a distribution center.
Days to the EU, planned to the US
Finished boxes reach most EU destinations by road freight in a matter of days; US programs ship by air or sea depending on volume and timing.

MSI
Black magnetic-lid sample cases with woven carry straps, produced for MSI's Premium Natural Quartz line, with a printed interior lid panel and QR codes on the box. A companion fold-out sample board carries tear-out sample pieces. The format works as a portable sampling system for field teams or dealer presentations.
Türk Kızılayı
A red covered rigid box produced for Türk Kızılayı, with a gold-framed window set into the lid so the contents stay visible while the box remains closed. The windowed format suits presentations where the contents should be on display without opening the box.
Aperol
An orange PR kit for Aperol, built as a tote-bag form with stitched handles; it opens to a custom fitted insert that holds the bottles and bar accessories in place. The format gives press mailings and launch kits a presentation that travels well.
