How Production Works, From Brief to Delivery

Every project moves through four steps: brief and feasibility, structural design, sample approval and the production run. Send your dimensions, quantities and target dates, and we typically respond with clear feedback within 24 hours. You do not need a finished dieline or a design file; many of our clients start with nothing but a product and a logo. Design, production and quality control all happen under one roof in our İzmir atelier, so you deal with one team from the first email to final delivery.

Structural Design and Materials

The first decision is the box type: a lidded rigid box, a magnetic closure lid, a drawer box, a cylindrical tube, a PR kit or a luxury mailer. We help you choose based on the product's weight, fragility and how it should present. The second decision is material: a thick board core gives the box its rigidity and that weighty feel in the hand, while the wrap paper carries your brand's texture, from plain and textured stocks to foil papers. FSC-certified board and papers are available, and every material choice is confirmed on a physical sample.

A Physical Sample in Days

Quality cannot be judged from a screen, and a purchase order should never rest on a rendering. Before production starts we make a real sample in the actual materials, usually ready within days rather than weeks. We share photos and video first, then courier the sample to you, so you can check dimensions, wrap quality, closure feel and insert fit yourself. Revisions are part of the process, and the run begins only after you approve the sample in hand.

Hand-Wrapped Production and Short Runs

Rigid box making here is handwork. Board is cut to your dieline, the tray is assembled and taped at the corners, and the glued wrap paper is applied by hand with the edges turned in for a clean, seamless surface. Sharp corners and bubble-free wraps come from that hand finishing, and every box passes through our makers' hands individually. Minimum quantities are set per box model and dimensions: short runs are a specialty, not an exception, and there is no thousand-piece minimum standing between you and a launch.

In-House Finishing: Foil, Embossing, Spot UV

The finishing that makes a box unmistakably yours happens in-house, not at a subcontractor: hot foil stamping, embossing and debossing, and spot UV all happen in our atelier. Foil renders a logo in metallic shine; embossing leaves a quiet, ink-free impression you discover by touch; spot UV adds gloss and depth to selected areas on a matte ground. Ribbons, closure bands and hangtags are planned together with the box, and a foam or board insert stages the opening moment. Print areas and structural details sit on the same technical drawing, so nothing collides in production.

Quality Control, Lead Times and Shipping to the EU and US

Quality control runs through the process, not after it: dimensions and surfaces are checked at every stage, from board cutting to wrapping. Once the run is complete, boxes are packed for transit and carton-labeled to your receiving requirements. From İzmir, road freight reaches most EU destinations in days rather than the ocean-freight weeks you would plan for with Asian suppliers; US orders ship by air or sea depending on volume and timing. Your delivery window is confirmed at the quote stage, and we hold to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce boxes to our exact specifications?

Yes, everything we make is built to measure; we do not sell stock sizes or off-the-shelf boxes. Send a dieline if you have one, or simply the product's dimensions, and we engineer the structure from scratch. Fit is then verified on a physical sample before the run.

How does sampling work for overseas buyers?

We share detailed photos and video of your sample first, then courier the physical box to you. You check dimensions, wrap quality and closure feel in hand, request revisions if needed, and production starts only on your approval. The sample is typically in your hands within days of design sign-off.

How should we plan lead times for EU or US delivery?

Share your target date in the quote request and we plan the production window backwards from it. EU deliveries typically travel by road freight, which is measured in single-digit days to most destinations; US orders go by air or sea depending on volume. We confirm the full timeline, production plus transit, before you commit.

Are your materials certified?

We work with FSC-certified board and wrap papers; FSC certification documents that the fiber comes from responsibly managed forests. If your market or retailer requires it, certified material options are stated clearly in your quote.
