Samples are typically ready in days rather than weeks. Every rigid box can be built on FSC-certified board, the starting point for EU PPWR compliance. EU deliveries typically take 3-7 days by road freight, versus 6-10 weeks sourcing from Asia.

What is a rigid (set-up) box?
A rigid box is made from thick board hand-wrapped in specialty paper. It does not fold flat, holds its form permanently, and is the most popular construction in luxury packaging.
What is the difference between a rigid box and a folding carton?
A rigid box uses a thick wrapped board body: heavy, substantial and permanent. A folding carton is cut and folded from a single sheet: lighter and more economical. For premium presentation and gifting, rigid is the recommended choice.
What is your minimum order quantity for rigid boxes?
